The Visa Check (debit) Cards we issue are protected by FraudWatch® Plus. Experienced fraud analysts work around the clock, watching for any suspicious card activity and will contact you immediately if they detect potential fraud on your card.
So if you ever get a call from “Fraud Prevention Services” know that our watchdogs are doing their job and preventing potential fraudulent use of your card. When applicable a fraud advisor with Fraud Prevention Services will leave a voicemail message letting you know that they need to discuss an important matter with you regarding activity on your card ending in (last 4 digits) and to contact them at 866-842-5208 to prevent difficulties with your card.
